Central Operations Planner - Meetings and Events Analyst

About this role

As a Central Operations Planner Analyst for Mobility Meetings and Events at our Bengaluru office, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, operations, and delivery of global Meetings & Events through a centralized, process-driven operating model. Your role will involve coordinating the end-to-end event lifecycle, ensuring adherence to policy guidelines, compliance, financial discipline, and data integrity across Market Units. You will collaborate with Market Units, local Event Planners, and internal stakeholders to enhance cross-regional visibility, governance, and reporting accuracy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage incoming event requests, validate data, and qualify requirements through the Policy lens. - Support venue sourcing and focus on sustainability while maintaining accurate event status. - Coordinate planning activities including budget tracking, purchase orders, travel approvals, and alignment with guidelines. - Provide stakeholder support, timely issue escalation management, and ensure consistent delivery across Market Units. - Oversee event closure activities, including financial reconciliation, invoice tracking, audit support, and data accuracy in reporting systems. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree or equivalent - Event Technology Experience (preferably Cvent, StarCite, Eved, Delphi, Opera, etc.) - Active meetings management experience in a multinational organization for 3 to 4 years - Solid understanding of Strategic Meetings Manage
