This position requires a qualified pharmacist who can handle prescription validation, digitization, and communication with customers to ensure efficient order processing. The primary role of the Online Pharmacist at Apollo Hospitals is to ensure the safe and legal validation of prescriptions, handle inbound and outbound calls, and guide customers on the correct dosage and usage of medicines. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and accurate prescription services through our online system, providing customer support, and ensuring compliance with all process guidelines. Responsibilities: • Validate and review doctor's prescriptions, ensuring legality and accuracy. • Digitize prescriptions in the OMS (Order Management System) for processing. • Make outbound calls to customers to confirm and process uploaded prescriptions. • Provide guidance on medicine dosages and usage to customers, ensuring clarity and accuracy. • Handle inbound calls from customers, resolving their queries regarding prescriptions and medication. • Maintain 100% adherence to SOPs and process guidelines at Apollo Hospitals. • Possess knowledge of common pharmaceutical brands a
