The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking within industries such as Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology. You should have a proven track record of working with C-level executives and managing agreements or partnerships.Experience in leading teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams will be highly valued. Knowledge of India's VC and startup ecosystem, specifically within tech sectors like Gen AI, Cloud, FinTech, EdTech, SaaS, and Gaming, is preferred. The ability to thrive in ambiguous situations, adapt to frequent priority changes, and influence change across functions and levels is crucial. Exceptional communication skills are essential, as you will be expected to develop relationships with Country Leaders and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.As part of the Partnerships Development team at Google, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities with Google's partners. Your role will involve interacting with partners, leveraging your business acumen and product knowledge to help them grow using Google's latest offerings.
