Lead Product Manager, Technology and Engineering Business AI Transformation Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role. 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, 0 to 1, etc.). Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in a technology or business related field. Experience working alongside data scientists and machine learning engineers to deploy Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or agentic workflows. Experience driving product strategy across various operational domains, partnering with vertical systems experts to map digital IT workflows and physical workplace, real estate, or IoT systems without disrupting core platform stability. Experience growing in ambiguous, low-structure environments (e.g., startup founder, early-stage venture team, or a research and development/incubation unit).
