Dear Candidate, Job Name :Cluster Head Product: Sustainable Livelihood Initiative - SLI /Micro Finance Location: Ahmedabad & Surat Role & responsibilities Identify and initiate new business areas/ opportunities within the given geography (cluster area) so that Business objectives are achieved. • Building Portfolio (to achieve Disbursement and POS budget) as per business mandate and Budget assigned • Regular Follow up and repayment monitoring to ensure portfolio growth and quality management as per laid down process • To ensure business profitability Cost reduction and building profitability. Business (both asset and liability) development in the given cluster comprises with 5-12 reporting RMs. Client - Delivering unmatched customer service; environmental related Problem Solving • Monitoring the performance of the reporting RMs and Field officers; Ensuring staff Productivity of both RM and Field officers. • RM/FO staff - On the Job Training • Implementation of system based process and monitoring, Automation, technological up gradation as per the banks guidelines. • Fraud Investigation- Business environment check & Monitoring on process and reduction in deviations Preferred candidate profile 7- 8 years of experience in banking / microfinance industry, handling loans, client management and Team Handling experience.
