Role Overview: As the Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager at HSBC, you will be responsible for developing and executing category and supply base strategies to achieve defined country annual targets. Your role will involve driving competitive advantage through cost savings, lifecycle value generation, demand management, and innovation. You will work on projects globally or locally, in alignment with category strategy plans, leveraging various supply and demand-side levers. Your expertise in sourcing will be crucial in mitigating risks associated with purchasing goods and services while identifying post-contract value opportunities. The primary focus will be on the Corporate Real Estate Services category, with exposure to other categories such as Professional Services & Consulting, Workforce, HR Services, Marketing, Legal, Events, and Insurance.
