Embed robust agile ways of working so the insights team delivers at pace, at scale, and with consistent quality. Prioritise work with a commercial lens to maximise ROI from automation and insight initiatives. Improve time-to-market for executive reporting while standardising outputs and raising quality benchmarks. Identify problems and opportunities through a data-driven approach, recommending viable solution options.
