Looking to onboard a skilled Room Service Order Taker to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service. Roles and Responsibility • Manage and coordinate room service orders efficiently. • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally. • Maintain accurate records of orders and sales. • Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests. • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction. • Collaborate with other departments for seamless service delivery. Job Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or a related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is required. • Basic knowledge of computer applications and point-of-sale systems is necessary. • Must be able to stand for long periods and move quickly between rooms. • Fluency in English is required.
