Lead the sales team, work with Product, Marketing and other stakeholders to drive growth and achieve revenue/P&L goals. Should have experience in leading sales in an e-commerce/edtech/digital company with comprehensive understanding of both offline/ Field & online/ Digital sales cycles, customer engagement, tele sales operations, funnel generation and closure, understanding of analytics & data. Must have driven sales of high stake /involvement categories which require consultative selling . Experience in Ed Tech space is an added advantageResponsibilities and Duties:1) Take Revenue ownership of the entire business vertical. Plan & strategize to build direct-to-consumer business.2) Develop & execute sales strategies to meet Revenue and growth targets. 3) Ensure Revenues are in line with company objectives4) Work with sales team to identify opportunities for new markets and growth.
