Asst Mgr - Machining Process Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Participating in process design, set up, implementation, and maintenance. Establishing process workbooks and set-up documentation; optimizing workflow and lead times by organization of work and machine set-ups. Reviewing existing processes and equipment, recommending and managing process improvement projects. Promoting and monitoring process use and effectiveness, ensuring compliance with relevant agencies and adherence to policies, practices and standards. Overseeing New product product ionisation activities from conceptualization to execution Capacity planning & Productivity Improvement by executing capacity ramp up plan considering the equipment, machines, tooling’s, jigs & fixture. Sustenance budget planning & execution Product ionisation of changes in existing products including CRE Capex / Revenue budget execution. Monitor & review as per Business targets Process Enhancement / Improvement by deploying Best in class process technology to improve, Optimize & Sustain PQCDS Preferred Industries Manufacturing Manufacturing and Pr Manufacturing & Trad Education Qualification B.E./ B.Tech - Mechanical General Experience 5-8 Years Critical Experience Project Expansion , Capex , Process Improvement , Process - Control VALVE – (Grinding , Honing , Casting machining) Process knowledge. System Generated Core Skills Team Management Process Knowledge - Manufacturing Performance Analysis System Generated Secondary Skills
