Strategic (Frequency: 6 months) • Provide long term forecasts for annual budgets and long range planning • Support identified CTS improvement initiatives for products across portfolios • Perform market analysis leveraging IMS data, customer contracts etc. • Revise FG inventory norms and take sign off from business head • Coordinate with sales and marketing team and distribution team to capture voice of customer and monitor customer service levels • Plan and execute initiatives / interventions based on customer feedback to enhance customer satisfaction • Collaborate with the Global Supply Planning team & Central Supply Planners for DF Global Plants for long range capacity planning for respective plants Operational (Frequency: Monthly) • Create base forecast based on statistical sales data (primary & secondary) and market intelligence • Fac
