10+ years of experience in Delivery Assurance, Program Management, Quality, or Pre-sales Delivery Experience working with large enterprise deals and senior leadership Prior exposure to risk management, audits, or governance roles preferred Location: Bengaluru/Pune/Hyderabad/Chennai/Noida Skill Requirements Strong technical exposure to application development, maintenance, modernization, testing, enterprise applications, COTS products, and system integration projects. Hands on experience working in middle office, deal governance, or pursuit teams. Exposure to Hybrid Agile / Agile / DevOps delivery models. Experience driving or enabling automation usage in large delivery or implementation programs. Strong analytical ability to interpret delivery metrics and drive data based decisions. Proven capability to work effectively with cross functional stakeholders across Sales, Transition, Delivery, Legal, and Finance. Quality and process orientation with exposure to CMMI, LEAN, Six Sigma, ITIL, KANBAN, SCRUM, ISO, PMP, or PRINCE2 frameworks. Professional certifications in Project / Program Management, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, or DevSecOps are preferred.
