We have an exciting opportunity with Tech Mahindra for the role of Dynatrace Administrator (L2/L3) based in Navi Mumbai. Role Highlights: Experience: 3+ years (L2) / 7+ years (L3) Location: Mumbai (Navi Mumbai – Belapur/Seawoods) Work Mode: 5 Days WFO (24*7 rotational shifts) Payroll: Direct with Tech Mahindra Key Responsibilities: Dynatrace administration, configuration & performance tuning APM monitoring across Java/.NET/PHP environments Incident, problem & change management (ITIL-based) Dashboard setup, health analysis & proactive monitoring Collaboration with Infra teams (UNIX/Windows/Network) What we are looking for: Strong experience in Dynatrace administration & APM tools Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes Exposure to large-scale environments & critical SLA management Good communication & stakeholder management skills Core Technical Skills Hands-on experience in Dynatrace Administration (not just monitoring) Strong exposure to APM tools (Java / .NET / PHP environments) Experience in: Performance tuning Dashboard configuration Host/process health monitoring For L3 (must-have): End-to-end Dynatrace implementation Architecture-level understanding
