The Role In this role, the focus is on helping customers realise genuine value from Adobe’s Document Cloud and Creative solutions, including Adobe Firefly and Acrobat Studio. Working closely with Sales and Channel teams, the Solutions Consultant uses a consultative approach to guide customers through their buying journey: from discovery and demonstration through to solution design. Generative AI has fundamentally changed how creative teams work, and this role sits right at the front of that shift! The Job Run discovery sessions to understand customer goals, workflows, and challenges. Deliver tailored demos and proof-of-concepts across Creative Cloud, Acrobat Studio and Adobe Firefly that clearly connect to business outcomes. Facilitate customer workshops and executive briefings. Provide technical guidance on creative workflows, document automation, and solution design. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Channel Partners to support deal cycles and respond to RFPs. Build lasting relationships with customers and partners. What We’re Looking For Strong candidates bring a background in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or solutions engineering within a tech organisation, and: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across creative, business, and IT functions Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, or a comparable platform Ability to translate product features into clear business outcomes for diverse audiences Familia
