The Business Analytics Lead Analyst (C13 / VP) for Citi Advisor Insights (CAI) is a senior individual contributor role within the AIM India analytics team. This role supports the analytical strategy and execution for CAI — a flagship platform designed to transform advisor productivity and drive measurable financial impact across Citi's Wealth Business. This person will work closely with the CAI Leads to translate the analytical vision into concrete deliverables, working with the team of analysts and data scientists in building models, frameworks, and insights that power the CAI platform. This role requires strong analytical expertise, experience in wealth management or financial services, and the ability to manage both people and complex analytical workstreams. The ideal candidate is a technically strong individual who can bridge the gap between data science execution and business stakeholder communication. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of analytical projects within the CAI ecosystem, including data collection, processing, exploratory analysis, and insight generation from large, complex advisor and client datasets Design, develop, and maintain robust analytical frameworks and models to measure CAI's impact on advisor productivity, client engagement, and key financial outcomes (e.g., NNIA) Build and refine sophisticated models including client prioritization algorithms, GenAI-powered idea recommendation engines, and machine learning-based scoring and ranking sy
