Title and Summary Manager, Product Analysis – HR/P&C Products Overview The Manager, Product Analysis leads the execution of product analysis and delivery activities across HR and P&C product domains, ensuring high-quality requirements, system configuration, and release outcomes across Workday and other HR systems. This role combines hands-on execution with team leadership, overseeing a team of Sr. Specialists while partnering closely with Product Managers/Directors, HR stakeholders, Engineering, and enterprise systems teams. The role is responsible for ensuring work is well-defined, consistently executed, and delivered with quality across the full product lifecycle, including requirements, configuration, QA, demos, UAT, and release activities.
