About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive innovation and technical excellence within Workforce Technology. This role will own the architecture, optimization, and end‑to‑end lifecycle management of enterprise archival platforms such as Theta Lake, Verba, and ZL , while leading workflow orchestration and DevOps enablement. Strong collaboration with business stakeholders is critical to delivering scalable, reliable, and impactful solutions to complex operational needs.
