About this role

To ensure professional and on-time reception of the guest at the airport, and ensure guest safety and comfort till the guest reaches hotel premises, with adherence to brand standards and process guidelines. Essential Job Tasks Areas of Responsibility Financials • Ensures cross selling other hotel services like Spa, Restaurants, Travel Services etc. • Contributes to the transport revenue budgets. • Tracks actual expenditure based on allocated budgets from superiors on staff allowance - meals on duty, phone bills, conveyance, giveaways for government officials, customs, airline staff and immigrations officials. • Converts guests who are seeking information for hotel accommodations to one of the IHCL Hotels in the city. Process • Track actual expenditure based on allocated budgets on staff allowance - meals on duty, conveyance, giveaways for government officials, customs, airline staff, immigrations officials etc. • Deploy staff to the respective shifts based on availability and requirements. Brief staff on the duties for the day, shift handovers, customer complaints received etc. • Identify the VIPs and coordinate with the Airport Representatives for their pick up and services. Keep them informed of any changes in flight details, car types and additional guest requirements as expressed by them. • Review the pick-up list on the system and assign the pick-ups and the official duties to the airport representatives, co-ordinate and take feedback from them after each shift and take
