Job Role OverviewThe Principal Business Solutions (Data & Analytics) will serve as the strategic interface between business stakeholders and the Data & Analytics organization. This role is responsible for identifying business needs, shaping data-driven solutions, owning the demand pipeline, and ensuring successful delivery of data products and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strong business partner, program leader and account manager with deep experience in consultative engagement, data-driven transformation, and multi-stakeholder management.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Partnering & Demand Management Act as the primary point of contact for business units on all Data & Analytics initiatives. Understand business strategies, pain points, and data needs; translate them into actionable requirements and solution roadmaps. Build and maintain a strong demand pipeline aligned with organizational priorities and analytics strategy. Facilitate scoping, prioritization, and business case development for new data & analytics opportunities.Solution Consulting & Strategy Provide thought leadership on data-driven transformation, BI modernization, AI/ML-enabled solutions, and data governance. Challenge business assumptions, propose innovative solutions, and drive adoption of advanced analytics. Partner with internal technical teams (Data Engineering, Data Science, BI) to architect scalable and sustainable solutions.Stakeholder Engagement Build deep relationships with business leaders
