Designation – Technical Officer ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA MANDATORY DESIRABLE Educational Qualification AME Diploma or B. Tech Experience • 2–5 years of experience in airline engineering, MRO, engine management, component repair management • Experience with engine repairs, shop visits, logistics coordination, or inventory management will be preferred. Systems & Tools • Hands-on experience with AMOS • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools • Experience in inventory tracking and repair management systems Location Gurgaon Requirement • Understanding of repair processes • Knowledge of aviation documentation and regulatory requirements Job Responsibilities • Manage ON/OFF label bookings for engine and its LRUs • Create and administer Repair Orders (ROs) • Shipment, BOE (Bill of Entry) instruction coordination • Invoice verification, Supplemental repair approval, and processing • Monitor repair cycle times and ensure adherence to contractual turnaround times • Drive closure of pending GRNs and ensure timely processing of repair transactions • Monitoring on-site LRU stock levels • Resolution of CID (Customer Induced Damage) and NFF (No Fault Found) cases • Liaise with OEMs, repair vendors, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders • Resolve commercial and operational queries related to repairs and invoicing
