Meta is seeking a Head of Payments & FinTech Partnerships to work with all key industry partners on high priority product workstreams.This role will be responsible for building and managing relationships with payment service providers, networks, financial institutions, fintechs, and other key partners to enable seamless payment experiences for Meta's users and products.This role involves leading Meta's engagements across the complex payments & fintech ecosystem in India, managing all aspects of strategic partner relationships, collaborating with external and internal teams, and driving decisions to optimize our global business. Head of Payments & FinTech Partnerships Responsibilities: • Establish a deep understanding of the payments ecosystem and partner landscape, and map our industry strategy accordingly. Identify and assess market opportunities, evaluate potential partners and drive new workstreams forward • Develop, manage, and grow relationships with all of our key payments & fintech partners. Drive initiatives from inception to launch and scale by leveraging C-suite relationships and effective internal partnerships • Negotiate and sign partner contracts. Work closely with legal, finance, privacy, and other key stakeholder groups to get deals done that drive value for all parties Minimum Qualifications: • 12+ years of experience in payments • Experience working in payments: digital merchant, fintech, network, issuer, or PSP/acquirer, or leading payments & fintech initiat
