Job Title: Field Sales Executive (FOS) – Fleet Edge Aftermarket Sales Location: Chennai / Other priority cities (100% Field-Based) Company: Tata Motors Limited (via Quess Corp) Employment Type: Full-Time, Performance-Linked Target Joining: Immediate (Jan-Feb 2026) About the Role Join Tata Motors' Fleet Edge Aftermarket Sales Program to drive on-ground sales of cutting-edge telematics solutions. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the face of Fleet Edge, targeting multi-brand commercial vehicle owners for Aftermarket TCU devices, subscription renewals, and AIS 140 certifications. This is a high-energy, target-driven role focused purely on sales execution—no ops or support duties. Key Responsibilities · Conduct direct customer visits, lead generation, product demos (Fleet Edge app), pitches, follow-ups, and closures. · Sell Aftermarket TCU devices (primary focus), Fleet Edge subscription renewals, and AIS 140 certification support. · Follow defined sales processes, capture accurate customer data, and coordinate with internal teams for closures. · Achieve daily/weekly sales targets; report progress via mobile app/Excel. · Educate customers on IoT sensors, fuel sensors, and compliance benefits. Requirements · 1–3 years in field sales from telematics/fleet-tech (preferred: Wheels Eye, BlackBuck · , FleetX, or similar). · Proven track record in B2B sales to fleet/retail commercial vehicle owners. · Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. · Tech-savv
