As a Manager Spares Coordination in the Service Network, your role involves overseeing the parts management and distribution operations within a designated geographic area. Your responsibilities include: - Managing the inventory of parts and components required for servicing and repairs within the service network - Monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and implementing inventory control strategies - Planning and coordinating the distribution of parts to service centers - Collaborating with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of parts - Optimizing distribution routes and methods to minimize costs and improve delivery times - Collaborating with service center managers and technicians to identify parts needs and forecast demand - Placing orders with suppliers or manufacturers and managing vendor relationships - Analyzing data and customer demand patterns to forecast parts requirements - Establishing competitive pricing for parts and monitoring profitability - Managing warranty claims and return processes for defective parts Qualifications required for this role: - Education: BE / B.Tech Full Time - Work Experience: 3 to 9 years in after-market, spares sales function, ideally from the Automotive industry - Good understanding of the service network ecosystem If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them for a more comprehensive overview.
