In the role of Enterprise Sales Account Manager for Adobe’s Creativity & Productivity (C&P) Business Unit, you will lead growth initiatives across a dynamic portfolio of Named Enterprise Accounts in India. You will work with the comprehensive C&P solution suite, including Creative Cloud, Acrobat (Biz Pro), and new GenAI offerings such as Firefly. This position offers an outstanding mix of opportunities to grow existing accounts ( farming ) and build new ones ( hunting ). The focus is on sustained revenue growth, strong customer engagement, and long-term value realization. You will develop a meaningful role in setting strategic direction and implementing solutions that drive business success. Key Responsibilities Drive Revenue Growth: Own and deliver against revenue targets by growing Adobe’s footprint across your assigned enterprise accounts. Account Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans, identifying white-space opportunities and building multi-year growth roadmaps. New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts through consultative selling. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with key business and technology collaborators, positioning Adobe as a strategic partner.
