A LITTLE MORE CLARITY
Your questions, answered
What can I explore without signing in?
You can read public career guides and blog articles, browse public job listings, use the career calculators, and visit the ATS checker. Sign in to create and save resumes, manage your application tracker, and use the interview practice workspace.
How do I save a resume?
Sign in, open the resume builder, enter or edit your information, and use Save. Check your preview before downloading or sharing the document, and review any AI-generated content to make sure it describes your actual experience.
Does a high ATS match score guarantee an interview?
No. The checker compares resume content with a job description to help you review relevant wording and keyword coverage. Employers use different processes and tools. A score does not guarantee that an employer will shortlist you or offer a job.
Can I use AI-generated text as my final resume?
Review it first. AI can help draft or revise wording, but you are responsible for the content you submit. Remove inaccurate statements, verify dates and achievements, and only include skills and experience you can support.
Does ResumeWorlds submit applications to employers for me?
Public job listings link to the original employer application destination. Follow that link and complete the employer process yourself. Your Job Tracker lets you keep application details, notes, and status in your signed-in dashboard.
Who can see a shared resume or a discoverable profile?
A resume marked public can be read by anyone with its public link. Profile discoverability is separate: a profile marked discoverable can be read by other signed-in users. Review the resume before sharing, and use Recruiter Visibility in Settings to control profile discoverability.
Where can I see paid features and refund information?
The pricing page lists Free, Starter, and Pro features and billing options. The Terms of Service include the existing payments and refunds policy. For a billing issue or refund request, contact support@resumeworlds.com with your registered email and order ID.
What should I do if I cannot sign in or find a bug?
For an email-and-password account, use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page to request a reset email. If you still need help, email support@resumeworlds.com. For a bug, include the page, what you were doing, and any error reference. Never send your password or payment card details.
