Monitor and manage ICU patients on a 24x7 basis under guidance from senior intensivists Perform initial assessment and daily clinical evaluation of critically ill patients Carry out procedures such as arterial and central line insertions, intubations, catheterization, and ventilator management Assist in managing life-threatening conditions including sepsis, ARDS, cardiac arrest, and multi-organ dysfunction Interpret diagnostic tests including ABGs, ECGs, X-rays, and laboratory results Administer medications, IV fluids, and other treatments as per ICU protocols Participate in daily ICU rounds and contribute to clinical discussions and care planning
