Job Summary Participate in business requirements and functional requirements review meetings in designing and formulating of technical specifications on features to be implement in InsuranceNow Analyze the requirements for implementing them using InsuranceNow either by using Out-of-the-Box solutions in InsuranceNow platform or providing custom solutions Estimates the development effort for both Configuration and Integration. Design Develop and Unit Test InsuranceNow Configurations and customizations Responsibilities Must have proven experience in managing software development projects experience in agile methodology is highly preferred. Hands on development experience in Java J2EE platform Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams. Strong in requirement gathering and analysis ability to work with a structured and methodical approach combined with an enquiring mind. Prefer PMP or CSM certification. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrated strong interpersonal and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as a team leader including the ability to handle conflicting priorities in a multitasking environment. Holds Guidewire team and Customer team accountable to agree to deliverables and associated milestones sets expectations around impacts of delays and manages stakeholder expectations throughout.
