We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Client Management Reporting and Technology Enablement In this role, you will: • The role encompasses MI & Reporting produced directly by the team and reports produced by offshore teams. • Key stakeholders include Clients, Exco /Manco reports, product management, change and onboarding, client management teams and COO. • The role answers ad-hoc queries and reporting needs and acts as link between the business, Client needs and support from IT / Technology. • Responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement in KPI and report production. • Undertake measures to help develop new KPI to support measurements and action in support of Securities Services strategy and performance measurement • Collaborate with Product teams to ensure best possible outcome in terms of Client
