About this role

Key Responsibilities • Develop relationships with travel agencies and other stakeholders to identify sales opportunities and maximizerevenue. • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching andrecommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential travel agents to promote airline products andservices. • Work with internal teams such as revenue management, Group desk and sales support to ensure the successfulexecution of sales strategies. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats to the airline's corporate &retail sales business. • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and keep up-to-date on industry trends anddevelopments. • Need to travel extensively on daily basis within the city limits & outstation need basis. • Need to achieve revenue targets set by Manager in Charge. • Need to ensure that high load factors are maintained from designated Stations. • Negotiate and close group queries raised from the customers. • Need to collaborate and align with the organization objectives. Desired Skills • Ability to work in a virtual and independent setup. • Written and oral communication skills should be very good.
