About The Role We are looking for a highly analytical and business-focused finance professional to join our Finance & Control team as a Manager - Accounts & Milk Payroll based out of Samalkha Factory. In this role, you will be responsible for driving robust accounting processes, financial controls, fixed asset accounting, period-end closing activities, and cost management initiatives. You will also play a critical role in managing the milk value chain, including farmer payments, milk costing, supplier negotiations, and process improvements. The position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, operations, and supply chain while driving business performance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting & Controls • Ensure accurate accounting transactions in compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and statutory requirements. • Coordinate period-end closing activities and maintain adherence to reporting timelines. • Manage fixed asset accounting, capitalization processes, depreciation, and asset reconciliations. • Review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding accounting issues. • Support audits and ensure compliance with company accounting policies and standards. • Drive financial governance and continuous improvement in accounting operations. Budgeting, Cost Management & Analysis • Manage and control Fixed Factory Overhead (FFOH) and capital expenditure budgets. • Monitor
