A successful Customer Experience Architect acts as an SME for the suite of Adobe experience cloud products and services. They enjoy designing transformational solutions and working directly with customers to meet their business needs. An individual filling this role will work closely with the sales counterparts to influence and accelerate large sales opportunities, globally. Provides thought leadership and consultation throughout the life cycle of this transformation. This individual will act as a liaison between the internal and external stakeholders to align the right delivery strategy, estimates, and timelines to service client requirements. Job Description a. Operate in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for driving multiple customer opportunities in parallel and b. Prepare compelling proposals with technical solutions design, engagement & execution approach, timelines , estimates. c. Lead deep discovery sessions with clients to understand their key business needs, implementation use cases and technical requirements. Communicate confidently and pro-actively with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the pre-sales cycle. d. Problem solve, build strategies and create innovative solution architectures uniquely tailored to customer objectives.
