Min 5 years of experience into Mortgage loan Work includes Advising on credit-related client solutions and assessing loans from an income and risk perspective, within the existing credit processes Advising and guiding teams in the development of bespoke products/solutions/platforms Managing a team of 5 to 6 sales managers Candidate needs to have team handling experience of min 3 years.
