ITC Limited is inviting applications for the position of TPM & Total Quality Management (TQM) Lead Facilitator to join our Manufacturing team based in Kolkata, West Bengal. In this high-impact role, you will collaborate with visionary cross-functional teams to engineer, deliver, and optimize enterprise-grade solutions for Indian and global markets. Key Responsibilities: • Spearhead the technical and operational roadmap for TPM & Total Quality Management (TQM) Lead Facilitator projects in Kolkata. • Partner closely with multidisciplinary engineering, product, and business teams to ensure high performance and agility. • Maintain strict industry best practices, code/process quality, and compliance utilizing JIPM TPM Assessment, Autonomous Maintenance (Jishu Hozen), Kaizen Workshops, 5S Auditing. • Mentor team members, participate in code and architecture reviews, and drive continuous operational improvements. Qualifications & Requirements: • Minimum 3.5 to 7.5 years of relevant industry experience in Manufacturing. • Demonstrated hands-on expertise in JIPM TPM Assessment, Autonomous Maintenance (Jishu Hozen), Kaizen Workshops, 5S Auditing. • Strong analytical, architectural, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent practical track record.
