About this role

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our IT Applications planning team. In this role, you will work in close partnership with Business and IT teams to design, develop, implement, and support the Anaplan planning platform and its capabilities, enabling enterprise-wide planning and collaboration. You will be working directly with IT and business colleagues to decide on what needs to be built, timelines for work, and prioritizing efforts. What you will be doing: Design and deliver robust, implementable Anaplan solutions Contribute to projects that implement new functionality and enhance existing Anaplan solutions Build prototypes and proofs of concept for business requirements and translate them into effective operational solutions Work directly with business users to gather comprehensive user stories and design and build solutions Promote alignment with Anaplan model-building and application lifecycle management standards Collaborate with technical teams to implement and automate inbound and outbound data interfaces Manage assigned project work and support successful implementation, business adoption, and ongoing value realization What we need to see: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related subject area Anaplan Model Builder Level 3 certification required; Certified Master Anaplanner (CMA) and/or Certified Anaplan Solution Architect Professional credentials preferred
